Test method for abrasive cutting discs

First of all, a visual inspection is required before the test to check whether there are obvious defects in the appearance of the cut piece, such as cracks, deformation, etc. If there is, it will be eliminated directly.

Secondly, carry out the hardness test, because the hardness is an important indicator of the cutting disc, which affects its service life and cutting efficiency. By performing a hardness test on the cutting disc, its cutting performance and service life can be evaluated. Hardness testing can be carried out with a universal hardness tester or other hardness testing instruments.

Next, a tensile strength test was performed. The cutting piece is fixed on the testing machine, and the tensile test is carried out, and the tensile strength and toughness of the cutting piece can be evaluated through the test results.

Finally, an abrasion resistance test is performed. The test is carried out on the wear testing machine, and the wear resistance and service life of the cutting disc are determined by evaluating the wear of the cutting disc under different conditions.
